We can’t express enough our delight in discovering how well garlic freezes!

We break the bulbs into cloves, leave the skins on and freeze them. We keep them in a container and take out our cloves as we need them. You don’t even have to thaw them. The skins pop off so easily you can slice it, grate it or use them whole. The flavour is brilliant. You can also freeze the bulb whole if you are wanting to make garlic comfit or roast them whole.
